- All returns are accepted excluding spliced ropes, custom orders and bespoke cut lengths of rope.
- 15% restocking fee
- Restocking fee waived for replacement orders

Do you pay for return shipping costs?
We are currently unable to pay for the cost of shipping return items
How long will refunds take and when will it be received?
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of your return items being delivered at our warehouse. As soon as we refund your order you will receive an automated email from us confirming the refund has been processed. More often than not you will see your refund in your bank within a day or two. However, please allow upto to 10 working days.
