Once your order has left our warehouse the courier will send an email and/or SMS with tracking details highlighting the expected delivery date.  

You can track your order by following the steps below.

  • Step 1 – Check your email (and spam folder)
  • Step 2 – If you know your tracking number, use the links below to track your order
  • Step 3 – If the tracking is showing ‘out for delivery or ‘at depo’ it is on its way to you

Vehicle Access No access restriction with the exception of extreme weather or road surface conditions The delivery lorry is about the size of a dustbin lorry, Access of at least 3m (height) x 3m (length) is required. Please ensure an adequate amount of space for the vehicle, with no obstructions or restrictions.
Unloading Delivered to your door
  • Wheeled into place with a pump truck 
  • As a minimum deliveries will be left kerbside

  • Side curtain available so construction customers can offload with forklifts
Contactless Delivery
 – You do not need to be at the property to accept the delivery. If they can’t find you at home, drivers will leave the items in a safe place. You can recommend one during checkout in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ field. Please note that the driver is unable to leave your items without signature if they deem it unsafe, so it’s up to their discretion.
If you are not in? No problem, if you have not available at the time of delivery and there isn’t a safe space to leave your items, delivery will be attempted the next working day. If redelivery fails for two days in a row, the order will be returned to our warehouse.


Can I collect?

Sorry, we do not allow collections due to traffic issues at our warehouse

Can my order be delivered to different locations?

Yes, we can split your order and deliver items to different locations as long as the shipping cost is covered for the multiple deliveries.

Please get in touch on if you would prefer your order to be delivered in two or more parts.

Faulty item(s) / Missing item(s)

We will always make it easy to replace faulty items or send out missing items.

All you need to do is

  • Let us know about the issue within 7 working days of receiving the item
  • Email with a photo clearly showing the fault or the items that you have received, along with your order number

You can count on us to

  • Respond within 24 hours  (Mon – Fri)
  • Get a replacement to you quickly and at no extra cost to you

About Returns

  • All returns are accepted excluding spliced ropes, custom orders and bespoke cut lengths of rope.
  • 15% restocking fee
  • Restocking fee waived for replacement orders
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Do you pay for return shipping costs?

We are currently unable to pay for the cost of shipping return items

How long will refunds take and when will it be received?

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of your return items being delivered at our warehouse. As soon as we refund your order you will receive an automated email from us confirming the refund has been processed. More often than not you will see your refund in your bank within a day or two. However, please allow upto to 10 working days.
